It’s been just over 8 months now since our latest apprentice, Chloe, joined the ABL team and she is fitting in perfectly.
Chloe has been working closely with the finance team, helping to support them with their tasks. Her day to day duties sees her spending a lot of time on our systems, gathering information that the team need and helping to fill out finance forms that the lenders require.
Alongside this she has been progressing with her apprenticeship work, helping her to gain her qualifications. This requires her to complete online lessons, with tasks backed up by the work she does here at ABL Business.
“Chloe is a great member to have as part of the team, she fits in with the craziness of the rest of us and is a real asset to us. With the fast-paced nature of the business, it can be quite daunting for new people to get used to, but Chloe has picked it up quickly.” said colleague Luke who works closely with Chloe.
Chloe is the 3rd apprentice to join the ABL team. Emma and Luke both join ABL Business as apprentices and have now completed their apprenticeships. They work full time for ABL and are two of the longest-running members of the team. Apprentices have always been an integral part of ABL as they can learn the skills of the industry and get valuable on the job training.
